By accessing or using the OG Audio website (ogaudio.com), placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service. We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

All products listed on OG Audio are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice.

OG Audio reserves the right to limit quantities on any order. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you prior to processing your order and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual product appearance may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances and photography conditions.

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfers for qualifying orders. All payments are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment systems. OG Audio does not store full card details on our servers.

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders suspected of fraud.

OG Audio ships to most countries worldwide. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier disruptions.

Standard shipping is free on orders over $1,500 within the continental US. Expedited and overnight options are available at additional cost. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier.

We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. To be eligible for a return, items must be in original, unused condition in the original packaging. Products that have been installed, modified, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, contact support@ogaudio.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.

OG Audio offers a limited lifetime warranty on all products against manufacturing defects under normal use conditions. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized modification, or use beyond rated specifications. Damage caused by improper installation or operation outside published specifications voids the warranty.

To make a warranty claim, contact support@ogaudio.com with proof of purchase and a description of the defect. We will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective product at no charge.

All content on the OG Audio website — including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software — is the property of OG Audio LLC and is protected by US and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without prior written consent from OG Audio. The OG Audio name, logo, and all product names are trademarks of OG Audio LLC.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OG Audio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our products or services.

In no event shall OG Audio's total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas. By using our website, you consent to the jurisdiction of these courts.
